Hero Design Studio at 1000 Markets

A lot of people have heard of Etsy, but have you ever been to 1000markets.com? I love this site: easy to navigate, unique products and great service. One of the things they do best is feature design studios that sell their prints and posters. The price is usally right, and with a frame and mat bought at your local crafts or home store, voila! You have original and inexpensive art that you'll love. One such shop is Hero Design Studio. Check out some of their prints... $4 - $25! You can't beat it.

New Vintage Birth Announcements Inspired by a Trip to Paris

I recently just went on a trip to Paris for some amazing wine, decadent cheese, and a good dose of artful inspiration. Besides sitting at cafes and people watching, my second favorite thing to do is wonder around and take snapshots of all the cool typography in the city. Monthly Design Pick: Hello Little One Favorite

A new feature on this blog will be the "Hello Little One Favorite Design of the Month." With our stationery inventory being updated on a monthly basis, we at Hello Little One want to share with you our favs, whether they be the new and fresh designs, or the tried and true best-sellers. For March, the birth month of Spring, our favorite pick is the Cherry Blossom Girl Baby Announcement Design. This design reminds us that the warm weather is just around the corner (especially if you're in a four-season area like us!)  The National Cherry Blossom Festival in Washington DC starts on March 28th and runs until April 12th. The festival annually commemorates the 1912 gift of 3,000 cherry trees from Mayor Yukio Ozaki of Tokyo to the city of Washington, honoring the lasting friendship between the United States and Japan and celebrating the continued close relationship between our two cultures. Happy Spring everyone!
