Hello Little One was founded by a graphic designer, whose desire is to bring stylish and beautiful designs to modern and hip parents. We know there is a lot of competition out there, but we are confident in not only our value and quality, but also in our innovative and stylish approach to design. (and if you do, we'd appreciate you letting us know as this means our original designs are being copied!) Hello Little One prints all of our cards on premium quality 110 lb white matte card stock, not photo paper, using the highest quality digital printing press available. The digital press delivers high resolution digital color that rivals the traditional offset printing press used on most stationery. Unlike some digital printers that use toner like a laser printer, our digital press uses liquid ink. The print quality is similar to offset printing (flat printing) with bright, long-lasting colors. On demand digital offset printing is the latest technology in the color printing industry - offering the quality of traditional offset printing, but capitalizing on the efficiency of a totally digital workflow. To help with the overabundance of orders I was receiving, I partnered with tiny*prints to take over the fulfillment process. They are the only company that I trust to make sure my designs are printed on premium quality card stock, backed by their team of highly-trained designers and professionals that quality control every step of the order process. Your order is printed and shipped within 4 business days. We offer three options for delivery within the US: Ground, 3-Day, 2-Day and Next Day Air. For Hawaii and Alaska customers, please select 2-Day or Next Day Air only. We also welcome international orders and ship to international addresses. Once your order has shipped from the warehouse, we will send you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number so you can track the status of your delivery. Should I crop or edit my photos? Please upload your original photos. With the online preview, you can crop your photo within the card. How does the process work? We've outlined the process here Are your cards flat or folded? Our announcements, invitations and holiday cards are flat. We will be adding folding cards in the future. Do these cards require extra postage? Nope. The weight of the card and the size of the envelope requires a regular $.41 stamp Can I pre-order envelopes? Yes. Just click 'personalize' on any card and follow the instructions for pre-ordering envelopes. Is it safe to use my credit card and what are your payment methods? You will be fulfilling your order through Tiny Prints, who accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit card payments via the web or over the phone. To provide your credit card number directly to a customer service representative over the phone, please call during normal business hours (Monday - Friday, 8am - 6pm PST). All orders taken online using credit cards are encrypted and highly secure. We use the highest quality encryption and authentication of all customer sensitive data, including credit card numbers. What is printed on the back of the card? The back of your card have small Hello Little One and tiny*prints logos at the bottom. The rest of the back is blank white, perfect for writing a note to the recipient! Will you edit my photo? One of our designers will edit your photograph(s) to ensure best printing results. However, we do not offer extensive photo editing such as extending a background with detailing or taking out dirt or stains on a shirt. We do not offer extensive editing service because we cannot guarantee the detail editing will look natural or will meet your expectations. However, we do make many changes to make your photograph print with great results. You can submit your photo and be assured that our professional designers will make all the necessary enhancements. We will crop, eliminate red eye, brighten, sharpen, adjust color levels for best printing, or convert to black and white or sepia at no additional charge. Will the colors in the printed card be exactly what I see on my monitor? As you may know, monitor settings can vary tremendously in terms of brightness, contrast and even colors. For this reason, it is impossible to say that your cards will match exactly what you see on screen. However, please take heart in knowing that the colors in each design were put together by our designer who has an expert knowledge of color theory. We are confident that you will enjoy the colors in your printed card. Do you have a printed catalog? Our online site is our catalog. Since we add designs so often, it would not be efficient for us to print a catalog as it would be outdated soon after it was produced. We encourage you to order a sample to see the quality of our cards. What is your return policy? ***All orders are fulfilled through Tiny Prints. Their return policy is as follow:*** We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products and stand behind every single item. However, if you are not satisfied with a product for any reason, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange or return authorization. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns based on customer input errors (e.g., typos, layout). In the case of a Tiny Prints error, please accept our sincere apology and be assured that we will remedy the error as quickly as possible. Once notified of our error, we will offer you a full refund, credit towards future purchase or complete exchange with the quickest shipping option possible.
